Rhapsody Hair Policies
CANCELLATIONS AND TARDINESS
Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. This policy is set in place to respect your time and the time and livelihood or your stylist. If you are unable to provide adequate notice there will be a cancellation fee of $50-100.
In addition, arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in your appointment being forfeited and the same fee will be applied.
CLOTHING
Please be aware that during services such as color, smoothing and texturizing, there is a possibility of chemical contact with clothing. We can not be responsible for any damaged clothing. Avoid wearing bulky sweaters, hooded sweatshirts, shirts with high necks or any clothing that is not replaceable.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA GUESTS
For the comfort of other guests and service providers please refrain from bringing any guests that are not receiving a service.
PARKING
If our private parking lot is full upon your arrival please note that there is free street parking across from the salon on Fulton Ave. Do not park in Loehmanns Plaza parking lot.

Complimentary snacks and beverages are are available for you during your appointment.
